Building on our reputation for providing top-notch training to law enforcement personnel\, we are creating an event that will be THE training event of the year. This training is designed to inspire you and your team to take your leadership to the next level with your departments – giving you the practical tools to accomplish your goals and the personal skills to continually balance the demands of your career. We are offering key leadership topics designed to change your perspective and give you inspiration for your leadership challenges. The training will be provided by our well-known team of experts with over 165 years of law enforcement and public safety experience. We will also be rolling out new programs at the conference that you have not heard before as well as introducing new instructors you can arrange to bring to your departments after the conference. \nIn addition\, we have a two sessions available for facilitated consulting with your group to help you with your planning\, teambuilding and communication. \nWe have also built in a number of social occasions for networking with other law enforcement experts and time for you and your team to enjoy the local area and all it has to offer. \nDetails of the conference are listed in the attached brochure including training descriptions\, agenda and lodging information as well as details on the available facilitated sessions. Registration fees (for 16 hours of training) is $275 per person. If you bring 10 from your agency\, we are extending a group rate of $2500.00 (or $250 each).
